MSc
Olivia joined Forest Research in 2021 as part of the wider Tree Health Pathology Team subsequently moving to the Dothistroma Team in 2022. Their current focus is the molecular testing and diagnosis of Dothistroma.
Olivia graduated from Swansea University with a BSc (Hons) in Biology and continued their interest in plant science graduating from the University of Leeds with an MSc in Plant Science and Biotechnology. Their Master’s thesis was focused on phylogenetically modelling the evolutionary history of a branching protein throughout land plants.
