The purpose of this role is to populate and initiate an advanced-generation genetic evaluation system for British conifers, using tools developed by Tree Breeding Australia for “rolling-front tree breeding”.

This role leads the planning and delivery of engineering projects, managing staff and contractors to support research through hands-on engineering work, facility upkeep, and strong adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
