Grace leads the planning, implementation, and monitoring of a number of Nature for Climate projects, liaising with both Forest Research and DEFRA. In this role, she provides comprehensive project, administrative, risk and financial management support to project teams, ensuring delivery within time, scope and budget constraints. As a member of the Research Office team, Grace contributes to strategic systems development at Forest Research, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Grace is an experienced project manager with a background in the Defence industry. Prior to working at Forest Research, she managed delivery of semi-complex to complex projects, from concept phase to in-service.
This specifically included the new acquisition of rotary wing platforms, alongside delivery of major/minor modifications to existing platforms. A notable success was the delivery of a new tactical engagement simulation system to train soldiers how to neutralise drone threats.
Grace holds a BSc in Physics.
