Adam supports the southern silviculture experiments by working with Technical Services Unit (TSU) on the work programme, maintaining records, handling data and assisting with report writing.
Adam joined Forest Research in 2023. Prior to this, Adam worked for Forestry England, carrying out operational forestry first as a craftsperson and then as work supervisor. During this time, Adam gained a BSc in Environmental Science and an MSc in Forestry by distance learning.
Research into the influence of a changing climate on development and life cycle of the pine weevil, Hylobius abietis.
